Directions:

From the East-Head west on Montauk Highway, to Hampton Road, past the Princess Diner. Continue west for 3 traffic lights to Old Town Road (you will see a green “Hospital” sign). Make a left onto Old Town Road. Go to the stop sign and make a left onto Meeting House Lane. Turn left into the Old Town Medical Village complex. Our office is located in Building #1, the 2-story building in the front of the complex. Go to Suite D.

From the West-Take Sunrise Highway to County Road 39, then to Hampton Road (Southampton Buick GMC car dealership is directly in front of you). At the intersection, turn right onto Hampton Road. At the first traffic light, turn left onto Old Town Road. Turn left into the Old Town Medical Village complex. Our office is located in Building #1, the 2-story building in the front of the complex).
